Mojca, forty-five years old, is married to Vasko, a wealthy meat dealer. She collects classical art paintings
and is rather embittered by the fact that her children, Nika and Vaci, are slowly leaving the safety of the
family nest. Bored and longing for love and passion, she unknowingly becomes the subject of a video
installation that the artist Milos, her former lover, is creating with the help of her daughter Nika. Her search
for love becomes an unusual journey for everyone involved in the story…

Maja Weiss
Born in 1965 in Novo Mesto, now Slovenia, Maja Weiss graduated in Film and Television Directing from the
AGRFT, University of Ljubljana in 1988. She worked as an assistant director and freelance writer, and also
directed documentaries for Slovenian Television. She continues to work as an independent producer. Her
debut feature film, Guardian of the Frontier (2002), won the Manfred Salzgeber Award at the Berlinale. She
was president of the Association of Slovenian Filmmakers from 2005 to 2007 and is a member of the
European Film Academy.
