Barriera Stories is an urban walk designed by Cizerouno and led by Francesca Pitacco to narrate the stories and identity of the Barriera Vecchia district. Starting from Piazza Goldoni—where the flags of the widespread project Crossing the Border will fly until the end of January—Francesca Pitacco will guide us through historical events in this part of the city that brought together tolerance, philanthropy, and care.
The tour ends in the monumental atrium of the ITIS in Via Pascoli, among the busts and full-length portraits of the benefactors of 19th-century Trieste.
