Eastern Star Award

The Eastern Star Award looks to recognize a figure from the world of cinema who, like the Trieste Film Festival, has contributed to the building of bridges between Eastern and Western Europe through their work.

Cinema Warrior Award

The Cinema Warrior – Cultural Resistance Award recognizes the persistence , sacrifice of ‘warriors’, whether they be alone or part of an association or festival that work – or better still fight – behind the scenes, for Cinema.

Balcani e Caucaso -Transeuropa Award

The OBC Transeuropa, a think tank reporting on the socio-political and cultural developments in South-East Europe, Turkey and the Caucasus, presents its namesake award to the Best Documentary in competition.

Cineuropa Award

A jury nominated by Cineuropa, the first website dedicated to European cinema that promotes cinema and culture worldwide in four languages, awards the Cineuropa Prize to the Best Feature Film in competition.

PAG Jury Award

A youth jury between 18 and 35 years old, all representatives of youth organisations, present the PAG award to the Best Short Film in competition.

SNCCI Award

The SNCCI-National Union of Italian Film Critics has chosen TSFF to announce the Critics Award of Best Film.
